Below are links to useful places and organizations on the web.

Christian

  • The Institute in Basic Life Principles
An organization that has changed my life in many ways. The Basic and Advanced seminars have given me a new perspective on my relationship with my parents and brothers and sisters. I cannot say enough about the value of the principles they stand for.
  • The Advanced Training Institute
A home education organization which is an offshoot of IBLP (see above) with a specialized curriculum centered on God's Word. I am grateful my parents were willing to take the time to educate me through this program. It has been a source of untold blessing and benefit for me.
  • Overseas Missionary Fellowship
Though it used to be called China Inland Mission, OMF was founded by missionary Hudson Taylor. I have read a good bit about this man of God in the two volume set "Hudson Taylor" by his son. Hard reading, but I would highly recommend putting the effort into reading it. I have been very blessed through it.
  • Gospel for Asia
I have been very impressed with this mission organization which specializes in funding the work of native missionaries Asia. If you have not read their book "Revolution in World Missions" I would highly recommend you get a copy. You can get them to send it to you for free on their web site.
  • Camp Marannook
The Christian camp I worked in the summer during my teens. They focus on training the staff in the Word of God and the result is one of the best camps in the country (that's my opinion anyway). I have a lot of respect for Mr. Charles and Mrs. Barbara who where kind of a second set of parents to me while I was there.
  • Friendswood Baptist Church
The church I went to while living in Indianapolis. I really enjoyed my time there and the preaching of Pastor Goodwin. His teaching was centered on the Word of God and he maintained high standards even when others did not agree. He was also over the Log Cabin I worked at while there.

Computers

  • CharacterLink
The ISP we use to filter out pornography while surfing the net. While similar services focus on maintaining a list of all known pornographic sites on the web, CharacterLink focuses on maintaining a yes list of sites that have been previewed for pure content. Through attributes you can control exactly what is filtered and what is not. Simply the best!
  • Dell Computer Corporation
The company that made my laptop! Excellent service and great products.

Delphi

  • Delphi3000.com
I've published an article or two on this site. One of my favorites when looking for information and articles about Delphi.
  • The Unofficial Newsletter of Delphi Users
UNDU! One of the best Delphi resources on the web, filled with tips, tricks, and other interesting articles.
  • EFG's Delphi Reference Library
Earl's library of links and information about all aspects of programming in Delphi. An awesome place to go when researching for your Delphi applications.
  • Torry's Delphi Pages
A great place to go for component downloads.
  • RX Library
The web site of the famed RxLib, a great, free library of Delphi Components.
  • Jordan Russell's Home Page
The author of Toolbar2000 and InnoSetup. Two of the best products for Delphi out there.
  • Innerfuse
Carlo Kok's web site which contains components for implementing Pascal scripting in your programs.
  • g32.org
The home of Alex Denisov, the author of the TBX package for Toolbar2000. Also the author of a 32-bit graphics library written entirely in Delphi! An awesome addition to your VCL tool belt if you are planning to do anything with graphics in the future.
  • SynEdit
One of the best syntax highlighting memo controls on the web and best of all it's free.

Other Programming Sites

  • Programmer's Heaven
A great site with articles on many different programming languages. A great place to learn about what's hot in the programming world at large.
  • Qbasic.com
The place to go for links, downloads, and news about Microsoft Quick Basic (one of the first languages I ever programmed in).
  • Carl and Gary's Home Page
A site I used to check out as often as I could when I was programming in Visual Basic. One of the oldest and best Visual Basic sites on the web.

Other

  • Nick's Place
The web site of one of my long time buddies on the web. We have been corresponding via e-mail since I was 16! He lives in Australia and like me is also interested in programming.
