Encase
we haven't met my name is John Long. I currently reside near Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania in the town of Shermans Dale. I went to public school
until 6th grade when my parents decided to take me out to homeschool
our family in ATI (one of
the best decisions they ever made).
My mother led me to the Lord
at age 4 and my parents have been faithful to encourage me in
my walk with the Lord ever since (read my testimony here).
I am an ardent believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the only
way to true joy and happiness here on earth and the only way of
salvation offered to man.
The Lord has been gracious
to our family and has blessed me with two brothers and one sister.
I am the second oldest. My sister is younger than me and I have
an older and younger brother.
I have spent time working
in a Training Center in Indianapolis with troubled youth, an experience
which has changed my perspective on life and helped me to focus
more on eternal things than temporal.
I enjoy programing in Delphi
and am learning C++, Java, HTML, and XML.
